No Dependent Insurance
Insurance for dependents (spouse/children) is not available on the SDSU student plan.

* Your school has opted for a digital ID card. Your member ID card will be available on the plan start date. You’ll receive an email from Anthem Student Advantage once your ID card is ready to download. You’ll be able to email or fax it from your smartphone or computer. You can request a hard copy ID card by contacting Member Services at 1-800-888-2108.
Find a Doctor or Hospital
To find your EPO Network List of doctors, Hospitals and Urgent Care Centers click here. If you have a life threatening emergency, go to the Emergency Room or call 911. The Emergency Room usually sees the most urgent patients first. If it is urgent but not life threatening, you can go to an urgent care center which will usually cost you less money.
