You can also search doctors, hospitals or urgent care centers on the Sydney Health App. From your mobile device or tablet go to the App Store or Gogle Play and search the Sydney Health App to download it today. Questions about the app, please visit https://studentca.anthem.com/welcome or call Anthem Student Advantage at 1-800-888-2108.

If you have a life-threatening emergency, go to the Emergency Room or call 911. The Emergency Room usually sees the most urgent patients first. If it is urgent but not life threatening, you can go to an urgent care center which will usually cost you less money.

Dependent insurance is not available on the CSUN sponsored plan.

Use Anthem.com to keep track of your Student Health plan benefits and information - all in one place. Here are the simple steps to register and log into Anthem.com:

1. Navigate to Anthem.com

2. Once on the main page, click login on the top page

3. If you already have a registered account, click login and enter your username and password. If you need to register, click register now on the bottom of the page.

4. For SHIP plans, click student ID as the option for registering

5. Enter your student ID number, name and date of birth. Please make sure to enter your name as when you registered with the school

Once registered, you will need to verify and set up security settings
