The CSN Insurance Enrollment Site is open!
All registered students at CSN are required to have health insurance. Students can enroll in coverage using the “Start Here” button below.
If you have alternate, US based insurance please contact the International Center.
PLEASE READ: All refund requests must be sent to the University who will confirm non-student status with Gallagher and submit the refund request on behalf of the student. Refunds for E-Check enrollments must be requested within 45 days of the insurance term start date. However, refunds for Credit Card enrollments must be requested within 45 days of the insurance term start date AND within 120 days of purchase, whichever is sooner. Please note that if you use a credit card to purchase your insurance plan, refunds are NOT possible passed 120 days of the day of your purchase. This additional restriction applies to credit card purchases only. Therefore, we recommend using an E-check to purchase your insurance plan.
Registration Holds
International students will not be able to register for classes until the International Center has received verification that you have purchased the mandatory insurance. CSN will automatically receive confirmation of your purchase from Gallagher.
DO NOT submit a receipt to CSN, registration holds will be released the same day or the next business day if insurance is purchased or waived after hours, on a weekend or holiday.
ID CARDS WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE UNTIL THE INSURANCE START DATE OR THREE WEEKS AFTER PURCHASE, WHICHEVER IS LATER.
